Li Yang started his patent practice in a large-scale foreign-related patent and trademark firm in 2002. He has handled many patent applications in electromechanical field, and provided his clients with legal consulting services related to various IP matters, and therefore obtained extensive experience in patent prosecution, reexamination, invalidation, administrative enforcement and infringement litigation. Li Yang has served many clients, including several famous multinationals. His high level professional services have been widely recognized by his clients. Li Yang has been attending seminars for Japanese patent practitioners in Tokyo and Nagoya to introduce Chinese patent practice for many times. His excellent lectures obtained high praises from attendees. Li Yang has in-depth appreciation on patent practice in Japan and is quite familiar with Japanese culture, which qualifies him to communicate with clients smoothly and understand clients’ demand accurately. Li Yang joined Unitalen Attorneys at Law in 2011.
