Experience
Enrique Escobar has extensive experience in the banking field, where he has served as manager of legal departments and as legal counsel for several local banking entities, including Banco Agrícola, S.A, one of the largest banks in the region.
He has also advised KPMG on tax matters, has been a member of several boards of state entities such as ANDA (National Administration of Aqueducts and Sewers) and SIGET (Superintendence of Telecommunications and Electricity) as well as private ones, such as CASALCO (Salvadoran Chamber of the Construction Industry).
Within his professional practice, he has also advised several corporate and individual clients, with special emphasis on telecommunications, energy, arbitration, patrimonial structures and corporate governance, both locally and internationally.
Education
Graduated in Legal Sciences, Attorney and Notary at the University Nueva San Salvador;
Diploma in Legal Aspects in International Business at the Georgetown University – INCAE.
