However, the reporter has known from the Vice Director Long Chuanhong that under the difficult situation, during the past year, the business of the Patent and Trademark Law Office still steadily grows; the case amount and operation statistics are both very satisfying. Patent and Trademark Law Office undertook and successfully completed the research project of China Intellectual Property Research Association, which was “Research on the supervision and self-discipline of the trademark agency industry”. Meanwhile, they also actively participated in the related research project of China National Intellectual Property Administration and the China Trademark Association.
 
In addition to adhering to the historical heritage and cultural accumulation, the Patent and Trademark Law Office continuously cultivated high-quality talents, educated and provided a significant amount of outstanding talents for the law firm and Chinese intellectual property service industry. Ltd and other six defendants trademark infringement and unfair competition disputes. The “Dyneema and graph” trademark objection review administrative litigation retrial case was selected into the 2018 Annual Intellectual Property Trial Guidance Case and 2018 Annual Chinese Court Fifty Typical Cases. It was rated as the 2018-2019 Annual Outstanding Case by China Trademark Association. Canon Corporation v. Shanghai Muming Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. invention patent infringement dispute case was selected into the Chinese Court Fifty Typical Intellectual Property Cases; Knorrbrems sue Hengshui Yongxin brake materials Co. Ltd and six defendants trademark infringement and unfair competition dispute case was selected into the 2019 Chinese Court Fifty Typical Intellectual Property Cases.
