A total of 36 Tibetan geographical indication trademarks from across the autonomous region, including ones in medicines, farm products and traditional crafts, were showcased at a recent exhibition. The trademarks play a key role in helping rural residents increase their incomes and boosting the rural economy, organizers said. The event attracted roughly 150,000 visitors and saw orders placed totaling 180,000 yuan ($26,016).
