Zhengzhou: Trademark Center Opens Its Doors


The Zhengzhou trademark examination cooperation center, which was launched on October 23, is responsible for affairs including trademark applications and transfers. Companies from 6 provinces surrounding Henan can also go to the center to register trademarks. Setting up such centers outside Beijing is an important measure undertaken by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Intellectual Property Administration to promote trademark registration. The other 4 centers are located in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing and Ji’nan.
