CNIPA Deputy Commissioner Liao Tao Met with Assistant Director General of WIPO

On November 15, Deputy Commissioner Liao Tao of China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) met with a delegation of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) led by Assistant Director General Ramanathan Ambi Sundaram. The two sides made exchanges on institutional reform, administrative management and talent exchange. Liao Tao remarked that the cooperation between CNIPA and WIPO has been continuously deepened in recent years, and hopefully the two sides may further expand the depth and range of cooperation in the future, strengthen exchanges of personnel and information, and jointly contribute to the development of the global IP system. Ramanathan Ambi Sundaram showed his gratitude for the constant supports of CNIPA. He expressed that WIPO is willing to strengthen communication and cooperation of talents and information with CNIPA, explore more ways of cooperation, and promote the cooperation of the two sides to make greater progress.
