BERLIN – Recent developments in connected and digital technologies are affecting the automotive industry in unprecedented ways. During the 2 days, this Summit will focus on intellectual property matters encumbering the automotive industry. CEO of ThyssenKrupp IP will conduct an interactive and competitive game to educate teams in creating inventions, writing invention reports, filing them, observing competitors IP and litigate IP cases.

To better understand questions about discrimination and damages models when SEPs from one industry are licensed to other industries, Legal Director of Uber Technologies Inc. will offer his outlook.
