Patent Applications in China Increased by 9.8%

China Intellectual Property Administration held a regular press conference for the third quarter from 10 am to 11 am on July 9, Thursday. The main work statistics and related information for the first half of 2020 will be released this time.
In the first half of this year, the number of invention patent applications was 683,000, an increase of 5.2% year-on-year; the number of three types of patent applications was 2.195 million, an increase of 9.8% year-on-year; The examination cycle of patents and trademarks has been accelerated to varying degrees.
