Zhihu sued the company of the same name in Hangzhou for trademark infringement

Recently, Beijing Zhizhe Tianxia Technology Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Zhihu Education Consulting Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Zhihu Technology Co., Ltd. issued a hearing on related trademark infringement and unfair competition disputes. The case number is (2020) Zhejiang 01 Min Chu No. 1584, the trial court is the Intermediate People’s Court of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The plaintiff in the first instance was Beijing Zhihu Tianxia Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhihu Affiliated Company), and the defendants in the first instance were Hangzhou Zhihu Education Consulting Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Zhihu Technology Co., Ltd. The case was first heard in January 2021. The hearing will be held on April 20th.
