On April 12, National "Anti-pornography and Anti-illegal publications" Office, General Administration of Press and Publications, National Copyright Administration and CCTV jointly held a press conference in Beijing and launched "2010 Green Bookmark Activity".

"Green Bookmark Activity" is a annual action with subject created for "4.26 World Intellectual Property Day", this is the third year of the expansion of "Green Bookmark Activity" with the topic of "Joining Green Bookmark and Sharing Genuine Life". The organizers hope to carry out the activities of issuing green bookmark, signing up for joining in green bookmark, participating in destroying pirated products and passing green bookmark to express the wishes of "respecting intellectual property and originality, and working together to create a green cultural environment".

Then, in order to assort with the publicity of "4.26 World Intellectual Property Day", CCTV will together with other organizers make the IP publicity programs focusing on green bookmark.

The "Green Bookmark Activity" will be carried out from April 12 to the end of April and divided into four parts including on site, print media, internet and television, on April 22, the while country will also carry out the destroying work of pirated and illegal publications.
