Beijing Customs recently captured about ten thousand of famous brand watches, mobile phones and glasses suspected of infringement. It is learnt that, the watches were from Guangdong exported to Brazil, and the name filled out on the declaration was communications equipments.
Up to now, Beijing Customs totally investigated 50 infringing cases concerning dozens of brands including SONY、NOKIA、SAMSUNG , and captured over 30,000 pieces of infringing products.
