On June 19, the seminar on the IPRs of national defense sponsored by the Military and Economic Law Research Institute of PLA was held in Beijing. Over 10 experts from the Ministry of Science, General Armament Department and General Logistics Department were present at the meeting. The meeting discussed the analysis framework and principles of ownership of the IPRs of national defense, which played an important role in the construction of national defense IP strategy.
