Chongqing No.5 Intermediate People's Court recently sentenced that the prescription and production process of Tianfu Cola belong to Chinese Tianfu Cola Group Company, Pepsi-Cola Company should stop using and return information such as the prescription and production process. "Tianfu" wins "Pepsi" in the first round.It is reported that before the joint venture was established, Tianfu Cola accounted for 80% of market shares with 108 branches in China, and total assets of a billion Yuan.

　　After establishing a joint venture with Pepsi in 1994, the company did not comply with the commitment of Tianfu Cola's 50% share and gradually reduced the production of Tianfu Cola to only 1% by 2005. At the same time, the joint venture reached a maximum loss of 70 million Yuan, and the Chinese company did not share any profits.

　　Tianfu Cola Group sold all the shares in 2006, then Pepsi held 94.4% of shares. In 2009, the Tianfu Cola Group lodged a law suit to the court and Pepsi-Cola Company has applied twice for objection.
