Outline of Zhongguancun National Innovation Model Zone Development (2011-2020)

In a bid to exert the role of zhongguancun in building an innovation country, the National Development and Reform Commission issued an Outline of Zhongguancun National Innovation Model Zone Development (2011-2020).

Under the outline, Zhongguancun carried out pilot works on company property right system, financing mechanism, company credit, IPR, administration management, laying a solid foundation for further reforming and making full advantage of innovation resources. Under the current circumstances, Zhongguancun should deepen reform and innovation, combine international and domestic advanced innovation resources, set off upsurge in starting their own companies and make contributions in building an innovation country.
