Liaoning: 1,002 IP cases involving over 500 million yuan uncovered

Public security organs in Liaoning province have uncovered 1,002 cases involved with IPR infringement and counterfeiting, with 1,700 suspects arrested, 445 illicit workshops destroyed and 155 wholesales and retail gangs dismantled. All these cases were valued at 523 million yuan.

The public security organs severely curbed and combated crimes in close collaboration with related departments. They advanced a commitment to further enhance clues collection and case investigation. A series of publicity activities themed with Drawing Sword met with the public.
