Beijing: IP service centers established in another four universities

2011/11/29

According to information from Beijing Intellectual Property Protection and Complaint Center, Beijing has already established IP service centers in ten universities, with four newly established in Minzu University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, Beijing Institute of Technology and Beihang University. Over 500 volunteers studying in universities worked for those centers.

An official from the municipal intellectual property office said that these IP service centers should improve their working mechanisms to attract more university students to join in the program. Meanwhile, a series of special IP service programs should be developed in the light of the concrete conditions. Furthermore, university students should take the chance of providing the voluntary service as an important way to enhance their practical abilities.
