Heilongjiang court establishes IP consulting expert database

2011/12/19

A total of 18 scholars and experts from Heilongjiang universities and governmental bodies were employed by the provincial court as scientific and technical consulting experts on IP trial. It means Heilongjiang has stepped on new stage of improving IP dispute resolution mechanism and enhancing IPR judicial protection.  　

The term of appointment is 5 years. The duties cover: provide political consultation to the stipulation of IPR judicial protection policies, provide consultation to the technical issues in IP cases and assist court in the mediation and resolution of IP cases. [Chinese version is available on Heilongjiang Daily]
