2012/04/13

Taking the opportunity of the upcoming 12th World Intellectual Property Day on April 26, Ordos Intellectual Property Office has officially started the IP enforcement campaign with the theme "convoying innovators to the path to development" and formed a leading group.

The campaign will last from the end of March to the end of November this year with three separate phases and will target local large-scale shopping centers, supermarkets and drug stores.

During the period, patent enforcement will also be reinforced in the process of producing, circulating, researching and developing. Infringing and counterfeiting activities related to people's livelihood, major projects and international trade will be severely cracked down. Cases on collective, repeated and patent infringements should be investigated carefully. Moreover, intellectual property rights in exhibitions should be well protected.

The public could use the hotline of 12330 as well as the clue-collecting number 0477-8589510 and email address
erds-cq@163.com to report violations to authorities.[Chinese version is available on tianjiaonews.com]
