Consultation on amendments to Regulations of Shandong Province on Patent Protection held

Zhang Yuejin, Deputy Director of Shandong Intellectual Property Office, presided over a consultation on amendments to Regulations of Shandong Province on Patent Protection in Jinan, capital city of the province, on August 2nd.

More than 20 representatives from local IP authorities at all levels and leading enterprises in the province discussed on issues including existing problems in patent practice and amendment recommendations on the Regulations.

The amendment to the Regulations will help further promote patent protection and stimulate creations and innovations in the province.
