EU-China IP Dialogue on IPR

Officials from the International Cooperation and Legal Affairs Department (ICLAD) at OHIM are participating in the latest round of EU-CHINA dialogue on IPR, held in Brussels on September 18. On the agenda was a report on the results of the last meeting of the IP working group, as well as recent developments in trademark, patent and copyright protection. The OHIM Observatory was also discussed, along with future perspectives on IP enforcement. ICLAD officials are also due to take part in a morning EU-China session with industry on the 19th, which will include sessions on copyright, patents, trademarks and horizontal issues.
