Zhejiang: Patent applications in Lishui hit a historical high record

According to statistics released by Zhejiang Intellectual Property Office, patent applications in Lishui reached up to 2,917 in the first nine months this year, up 47.03%, in which applications on inventions amounted to 293, far exceeding the total invention applications of last year.

Applications on utility models and designs recorded 1,725 and 899 respectively, accounting for 59.1% and 30.8% of the total.

Patent grants in the first three quarters totaled 2,303, 1,967 more than the total grants issued last year, in which grants on inventions, utility models and designs hit 67, 1,377 and 859 separately.
