Recently, an intellectual property protection aid center was set up in Jiaxing, a city in Zhejiang province, to provide services to groups and individuals in handling intellectual property disputes.

Services provided by the center will include intellectual property laws and regulations related consultation, patent status inquiry, reports and complaints delivery, IPR information inquiry and infringement determination in large-scale culture activities and exhibitions.

The center will organize experts to discuss difficult intellectual property disputes and cases and give out feasible suggestions.

Any resident, legal person or organization who encounters difficulties in protecting intellectual property rights could come to this aid center for help.
