MIIT urged IP training for entrepreneurs

Relevant principal at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) revealed that the agency recently launched 331 2nd Enterprise IP Training project, which would be accomplished by IP research institutes, enterprises and IP agencies. In the next three years, the project will train 1,000 domestic enterprise representatives.

According to the principal, the roles of the project are motivating enterprises to innovate and improving IP managerial system. The project will help industrial enterprises to raise their abilities in IP creation, use, protection and management by IP knowledge explanation, experience exchange and hot topic discussions.

It is informed that 331 Industrial IP Training is part of China’s plan in promoting industrial IP strategy implementation. During 2008~2011 period, the project trained 1,000 enterprise representatives on IP and was okeyed by enterprises.
