BritCham Guangdong: Intellectual Property Rights Forum

2013/03/07

The British Chamber of Commerce Guangdong would like to invite you to our annual Intellectual Property Rights Forum. This year we are very pleased to inform you that we have a panel of seven high-profile speakers including representatives from the British Embassy, the local Public Security Bureau and Courts, Dyson, Wragge & Co, Rouse and FTI to share the latest updates and expertise on IPR in China.

The IPR Forum’s aim is to give our audience a sound understanding of the present environment in China for protecting intellectual property from the local and foreign Government as well as industry and legal perspectives. In addition to this, attendees will learn more about how to develop successful IPR strategies for doing business in China.

Topics covered in our discussion will include infringement prevention and prosecution practices and will refer to relevant case studies as examples.
