On April 11, the “International Seminar on Effective Implementation of Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs” co-organized by SIPO and WIPO, and undertaken by Intellectual Property Office of Henan Province, Counsellore’s Office of the Henan Provincial People’s Government and Patent Examination Cooperation Center of the Patent Office, SIPO, Henan Center, was held in Zhengzhou. He Zhimin, Deputy Director General of SIPO, was present at the opening ceremony and made a speech.
