On April 21st, the Supreme People's Court published top ten cases in IPR judicial protection, including the trial fields of IP civil, administrative and criminal cases.

IP Civil Cases

2. The trademark infringement and unfair competition cases of “weiji” soy
3. The copyright case on the preliminary injunction of auction of Qian Zhongshu letters
4. The copyright case of Ultraman
5. The trade secrets disputes of relevant information on resin patents
6. The case of standard patent royalty
7. The invalid case on the license contract of “Liangyou 996” variety rights

IP Administrative Cases
8. The well-known trademark preservation case of “Powerdekor”
9. The trademark administrative case of common name “Jinjunmei”

IP Criminal Cases
10. The criminal case on trademark registration of counterfeit cooking oil
