Invention patentee of tiptronic suing BYD by claiming for 50,000 yuan

The tiptronic patent applied ten years ago pioneered an ascendant industry. Just recently the patentee Zhang Peizhu claimed that till now, none of China’s and foreign auto manufacturers had obtained his patent license. Therefore, Zhang Peizhu filed a lawsuit against BYD in Shenzhen. On May 9th, the case was tried in Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court.
