Forum on the legislative process of service invention system held in Tsinghua

Based on the announcement of Draft Regulations on Service Invention and preliminary legislative information including its background and progress, major problems and focus issues, collected opinions in the forum and research reports, key issues with relatively concentrated opinions during the drafting of regulations were discussed in the symposium, including right allocation rules, invention report system, reward and remuneration system, incentive measures to promote the application and enforcement of invention, dispute settlement mechanism, etc.
