Seek advice for provisions on prohibiting the abuse of intellectual property right to restrict competition

On June 11th, China’s State Administration of Industry and Commerce announced to seek public opinion for Provision of the Administrative Department for Industry and Commerce on Prohibiting the Abuse of Intellectual Property Rights to Exclude and Restrict Competition (exposure draft) (hereafter referred to as Provisions), and the deadline of feedback is July 10th.
