Tongxing Pharmaceutical refused contract renewal, green box of Wanglaoji tends to be withdrawn by Guangzhou Pharmaceutical

The joint-venture deadline between Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Group and Guangzhou Wanglaoji Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, a joint venture company of Hong Kong Tongxing Pharmaceutical is near at hand. Recently, Guangzhou Pharmaceutical expressed willingness to renew the contract, while the counterpart refused. Analysts stated that the trademark right of Wanglaoji belongs to Guangzhou Pharmaceutical, and as a result it will withdraw the managerial authority of green box of Wanglaoji in the end.
