With the end of the paper inspection work of College Entrance Exam, Full-mark Compositions in College Entrance Examination are published by the press, but an important problem in the process of their being announced, released, reprinted, published, and transmitted, the copyright, is ignored. From the perspective of the copyright law, the copyright of college entrance examination composition belongs to the examinee, the media should respect the examinee’s authorship, right of publication, information network transmission right, the right to get paid and other rights when they announce, report, reprint, published, and spread the college entrance examination composition. Whether the composition can be published or not shall be decided by the examinee; arbitrary use of the college entrance examination composition shall be investigated for tort liability.
