First instance of mutual sue cases between 360 and Baidu against unfair competition has a result

On June 18th, mutual sue cases between 360 and Baidu against unfair competition are pronounced judgment by Beijing First Intermediate People’s Court on the same day. Both sides lost their suit in the proposed lawsuit of the other side, and the court ordered that Baidu shall compensate 600,000 RMB for the economic loss and other losses of 360 and 360 shall compensate 500,000 RMB for the economic loss and other losses of Baidu.
