Because the usage of “Gold Housekeeper” on the stock exchange software was suspected of being involved in trademark infringement, the domestic listed securities trader--GF Securities was sued by the trademark holder who is a citizen from Leqing city, Zhejiang province and claimed compensation of 5 million yuan. At present, the case is accepted by the Wenzhou Intermediate People’s Court. It is said to be the domestic trademark infringement case with the largest amount of demand compensation after the implementation of the new trademark law.
