The patent litigation of the “Fire-proofing rolling shutters” dismissed in the first instance

Recently, the Beijing Second Intermediate People’s Court made a first-instance judgment on the case that Beijing Yingtelai Science and Technology Limited (Yingtelai Company) took legal proceedings against Beijing Huarun Shuguang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (Huarun Shuguang Company) and Beijing Landun Chuangzhan Door Industry Co., Ltd. (Beijing Landun Company) for infringing its patent rights. The court affirmed that the prior user rights plea raised by Huarun Shuguang Company and Beijing Landun Company shall be set up and dismissed all the claims of the Yingtelai Company.
