Counterfeit sign of the registered trademarks brought about four and half a year’s sentence and a penalty of one million yuan

Lu Kaishan and Liu Keqiang produced more than 180,000 faked “Three Gorges” oil paint pail packs in the rented residence and made an illegal profit of over 400,000 yuan from them. They were respectively sentenced to four years and six months and fined one million yuan for the illegal production and illegal selling of the sign of the registered trademarks. A few days ago, Chongqing Fifth Intermediate People’s Court affirmed the original judgment after the second trail.
