A Dispute in Trademark Parallel Import was Successfully Mediated in Nantong

2014/08/08

On August 4th, a dispute related to trademark parallel importation was settled peacefully in a win-win situation by Nantong Municipal Intermediate People’s Court. In this case, the defendant (Nantong Zhongtong Corporation) is the agent of the plaintiff (Daio Paper Corporation) in Nantong to help it distribute the products. Finally, Daio Paper Corporation withdrew the prosecution.
