IQIYI Suing Youku and Claiming for One Million Yuan Triggered by the Second Season of Dad, Where are We Going?

As Youku and its PC Client broadcasted the first period of the second season of Dad, Where are We Going? and inserted a large number of advertising without authorization. IQIYI filed a lawsuit against Youku on account of infringing its right of communication through information network. IQIYI required the court to order YouKu to stop broadcasting the first period of the second season of Dad, Where are We Going? immediately and pay a compensation of one million yuan for economic loss. At present, Beijing Haidian District People’s Court had accepted this case.
