Supreme Court Soliciting Public Opinion for Judicial Interpretation of Trademark Authorization and Confirmation

In recent years, with a substantial increase in quantity, causes related to trademark authorization and confirmation became a major type of administrative cases processed by courts. In order to clarify and unify trial standards so that the cases will be heard more properly, China’s Supreme People’s Court draw up a draft for Some Provisions of the Supreme People´s Court on Hearing the Administrative Cases Related to Trademark Authorization and Confirmation to solicit public opinions. The soliciting will end by November 15th, during which period all sectors of the community are welcomed to provide comments and suggestions.
