Sino-French Seminar on Innovation and Value Creation Held in Shanghai, Tian Lipu Present

On May 12, the Sino-French Seminar on Innovation and Value Creation is jointly held by SIPO, the French National Intellectual Property Institute (INPI) and the World Intellectual Property Organization in Shanghai. SIPO Commissioner Tian Lipu, INPI Director General Benoit Battistelli and representatives from WIPO and the French Trade Commission attend the seminar and deliver speeches.

Ten distinguished guests from governmental departments, enterprises and legal service agencies from China and France give speeches on topic such as "how and why to make innovation", "how to protect innovation" and "how to encourage innovation" at the seminar with a theme of "Patent, Innovation and Market."

About 130 people from WIPO, EU, chambers of commerce in France, and enterprises and IP circles in China and France attend the seminar.
