Tianjin: IP enforcement center to be built in free trade zone

2015/06/26

Recently, the Science and Technology Committee of Tianjin Binhai New Area together with several relevant local authorities are working on a plan to create an IP enforcement center in the free trade zone of the Area. The center is expected to work with the Customs to review patents and trademarks of import and export commodities. A liaison mechanism is also going to be set up accordingly.
