Guizhou to select local enterprises strong in IP protection

2015/06/26

Guizhou Intellectual Property Office has recently adjusted criteria for screening local enterprises performing excellently in protecting their intangible property rights. Any enterprise could be selected and identified as IP pioneers as long as they satisfy the selection criteria. According to the new criteria, enterprises will be reviewed in terms of IP management, deployment and strength by third parties online, which would make the results more transparent. From this year, any enterprise willing to participate in the selection has to file their information online by the end of August 30th every year. The IP Office will render a subsidy worth of 200 thousand yuan to each enterprise which is granted with the title.
