General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Cracks down on Imports and Exports of IPR Infringeme

Recently, Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine reported that in the first half of 2015, the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine system has held a high-handed posture against the imports and exports of IPR infringement products and captured 8,370 batches of IPR infringement and counterfeited products last month, mainly mineral products, food contact products and complete machinery equipment. At present, after the investigation, the relevant institutions nationwide have returned or destroyed 272 batches of goods and the rest will be dealt with in line with the relevant regulations.
