The E-commerce Law Will Solicit for Public Opinions

The enacting E-commerce Law will hopefully solicit for public opinions at the end of 2015. It is said that China Electronic Commerce Association, State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China and Peking University had drafted their legislative programme respectively by April, 2015, and the final draft was completed by Peking University. Moreover, the Financial Committee of the National People's Congress of Jiang Su Province, Zhe Jiang Province and Shanghai were entrusted to draft an E-commerce law by experts outside Beijing. The law focuses on the legal responsibility of the E-commerce platform as third party. The E-commerce companies such as Alibaba and JD. com took part in the discussion of the draft of E-commerce Law.
