Zhejiang Artduoduo E-trade of Intellectual Property (ATIP), the first “IP + Internet + similar financial” platform of China established upon approval of the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province to organize the IP Unit Licence Rights (ULR) transactions, was settled in Wuzhen. According to the characteristics and current situation of intellectual property, ARTDUODUO launched a market model valuing equally limited IP Unit Licence Right transactions and related goods customization and settlement and combining distribution and assignment based on the Internet technology. This is a typical “IP + Internet” program, and since its establishment, more than 100 deals of limited ULR have been achieved and nearly RMB 9 billion yuan has been attracted to join the bidding in half a year.
