8 Unfair Competition Lawsuits Filed by AutoNavi

AutoNavi Software Co., Ltd. (AutoNavi Software) and AutoNavi Information Technology Co., Ltd. filed 8 unfair competition lawsuits and claimed RMB 75 million against Beijing Didiwuxian Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Didiwuxian) and Beijing Xiaojukeji Co., Ltd. (Xiaojukeji), which made false propaganda and, in collusion with Zhongzhi Project Outsourcing Service Co., Ltd. and Mr. Hu, former senior manager of AutoNavi Software, drew 6 employees who held the core trade secrets of AutoNavi Software to provide services for Didiwuxian and Xiaojukeji, infringing the company’s trade secrets and constituting unfair competition.
