Shen Changyu Attends the 8th BRICS HIPO Meeting

On the morning of April 6, the 8th Meeting of BRICS Heads of Intellectual Property Office (BRICS HIPO) was held in New Delhi, India. Shen Changyu, Commissioner of the SIPO, Mr. Luiz Otávio Pimentel, President of the National Institute of Industrial Property of Brazil (INPI), Mr. Grigory Ivliev, Director General of the Federal Service For Intellectual Property (ROSPATENT), Mr. Om Prakash Gupta, Controller General of the Office of Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks (CGPDTM) and Mr. Rory Voller, Commissioner of the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) attended the meeting and had fruitful communications together.
