Recently, under the guidance from the Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration, intellectual property offices of Xuhui and Changning districts carried out Patent Administrative Law-enforcement Inspection in the Xiyingmen construction material market and the Dabutong Tianshan Tea Market.The law enforcement official focused on the issues such as whether the patent marks on the furniture, household appliances and tea conform to the standard and whether there is counterfeiting patent marking. During the inspection, one product was found with irregular patent mark, and the shop was required to immediately take measures for correction.
