Expo IPR Protection Carried out in Fujian

Recently, the Market Supervision and Management Bureau of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone in the province of Fujian established a workgroup for the protection of intellectual property right (IPR). The workgroup joint Fujian Provincial IPR Protection Center to carry out IPR protection during the 2017 Pingtan International Marine Tourism and Leisure Sports Expo. The workgroup collaborated with the Expo organizing committee and the IP department to prevent and address Expo IP disputes. More than ten items involved in trademark infringement were removed.
