The Ministry of Commerce is planning to launch a special campaign to protect the intellectual property rights of companies with overseas investments. Spokesman Gao Feng said at a recent news conference that the campaign's focuses will include the protection of trade secrets and the control of bad-faith trademark registration, internet-related piracy and other forms of rights violation. He added that the government will cooperate with companies during the campaign.
