At the invitation of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH), Shen Changyu, Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO) led a delegation to visit Finland. Shen Changyu and Antti Riivari, Director General of the PRH held SIPO-PRH intellectual property office heads meeting and signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the State Intellectual Property Office and the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.
This is the first meeting between the heads of the two offices since Antti Riivari was appointed PRH Director General. Shen Changyu introduced the latest development of China's intellectual property (IP) work and the latest situation of SIPO. The two sides also exchanged views on issues such as IP policies, IP service and operation, patent Prosecution highway cooperation and personnel training.
